Founded in 1998, and located in central Helsinki, The Travel Experience is a privately-owned company, and has grown steadily to become one of Finland's leading Incoming Tour Operators and Destination Management companies, handling a variety of travel arrangements for a wide range of travel trade clients around the world.
DESTINATIONS : Our main destination is Finland, but we also handle tours in combination with other Scandinavian countries, Baltic States and Russia.
PRODUCTS : For groups, individuals, incentives, meetings & conferences, and Technical Visits, we provide a full range of accommodation, as well as additional travel services to meet the needs of each specific client. Our product range includes ready-made packages for FITs, plus we tailor-make programmes for groups of all kinds.
Our product range can be broadly separated into 3 main types :
Leisure Groups : We tailor-make tours for all kinds of leisure groups, coach tours, and special interest tours, all over Finland, and in combination with other Scandinavian countries, Baltic States, and Russia. We provide a full ground handling service including hotels, coaches, cruises, rail tickets, and a complete range off additional services.
Leisure group tours can include, for example, City Breaks in Helsinki, Cruise Ship Excursion programmes, multi-city coach tours of Finland & Scandinavia, and winter activity programmes in Lapland. In addition we arrange Special Interest and Themed groups covering a variety of topics such as cycling, golf, architecture, opera, and many others.
Corporate Groups – Incentives, Meetings and Conferences. Finland offers many possibilities to suit corporate groups of all kinds, including lively snowbound adventures in the spectacular winter landscapes of Lapland, to cultured city breaks in one of Europe's thriving capitals. We are skilled and experienced in putting together and operating a variety of incentive, conference, and corporate group products of the highest level.
